From March 21 to 30, the Roses Tapas and DO Empordà Wine Route is the perfect excuse to discover local cuisine and wines.
For ten days, you can enjoy a tasty tour of 84 tapas made with the finest ingredients: fresh fish and seafood, rice dishes, vegetables, pasta and pizzas, meats, fusion cuisine… and even sweet options for those with a sweet tooth! All paired with wines, muscatels, and sparkling wines from 14 wineries in the DO Empordà.
How does the route work?
Each participating establishment offers its special tapa along with a “zurito” of wine or water for just €3.50. The idea is to explore the bars and restaurants of Roses, sample their offerings, and enjoy this unique gastronomic experience.

This year, the Roses Tapas Route is launching a new mobile app (available for Android and iOS), where you can design your own route, vote for the best tapa with the QR code, and enter the draw for a passport to enjoy the route for free in 2026!

LIGHT SHOW:
In addition to the gastronomic tour, this year you can enjoy a unique light show. On Friday, March 28th and Saturday, March 29th, between the two breakwaters of the Ginjolers stream, from 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. (with shows every 30 minutes), light and the sea will unite in a stunning visual spectacle.
