The Tapas Route of Roses and DO Empordà is back for another year!
With the onset of spring, the good weather, the desire to go out, the pleasure of going out for tapas and the scenery offered by this coastal town in the province of Girona, Roses could be the destination for our next getaway for a bit of gastronomic tourism, the best way to discover the local gastronomy. To motivate even more all those who are thinking of enjoying the Roses Tapas and Empordà DO Wines Route, they have once again organised a raffle that will invite the winners to return to Roses.
From 17 to 26 March 2023 Roses will once again be a gastronomic festival, offering a wide range of tastings of dishes and DO Empordà wines, with which the town’s restaurateurs demonstrate year after year their expertise and the excellence of Roses cuisine.
The public and private sectors of Roses will once again collaborate in this proposal that allows locals and visitors to enjoy an interesting gastronomic circuit for 10 days, tasting the tapas and specialities offered by the restaurateurs, accompanied by a glass of wine. With each new edition, the number of establishments participating in the campaign has continued to grow, from 25 bars and restaurants in the first edition in 2016, to eighty in the last editions held.
Residents and visitors can enjoy an interesting gastronomic circuit, tasting the tapas and specialities offered by the restaurateurs, accompanied by a glass of DO Empordà wine, for a price of €3.
