INFORMATION

• The agency is not responsible for the objects or valuables left in the accommodation.
• Sheets and towels included. 1 towel per person. The towel service includes 1 bath towel + 1 hand towel per bath, the extra towels have a cost of € 3 per towel, and the extra pack of bedding has a cost of € 5 / person.
• The final cleaning is included, and does not include the final cleaning of the kitchen (cleaning of plates, pans, glasses, oven, refrigerator, barbecue, throwing garbage, etc.). In case of having the final cleaning included in your reservation and the kitchen has not been in conditions, we will be forced to bill you € 15 per hour of cleaning service, which will be charged from the deposit.
• Not included and to be hired separately if necessary: ​​pet if accepted in the accommodation (€ 12 per night and € 65 maximum per stay), baby cot (€ 25 per cot and stay); Internet access: free or paid (depending on the accommodation).

MODIFICATIONS BY THE COMPANY
• In the event that for unforeseen causes and not attributable to the company, the accommodation could not be occupied, the company will make available to the client another accommodation of the same or superior characteristics without reimbursement by any of the parties.

COMPLEMENTARY INFORMATION - MANDATORY PAYMENT TOURIST RATE
• Adults: € 1.00 per person and day. Maximum 7 days. Children and Youth under 17 years (up to 16.99 years): € 0. People who stay in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia, must be required to register. The national identity document will be mandatory at the time of entry, mandatory from the age of 14. Article 2 of Order IRP / 418/2010, of August 5, on the obligation to register and notify the General Directorate of the Police of people staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia.

DEPOSIT
• From € 200.00, the day of your arrival ONLY by credit or debit card, only visa or mastercard. No other cards, cash, or checks will be accepted. Deposit by filling in an authorization with the number of your card, and its expiration date, and pre-authorization by POS. It is a pre-authorization (not a charge), which is automatically canceled between 48 hours and 7 days after your departure. It will be automatically canceled once the status of the property is verified in the following 24-48 hours after your departure and the return of the keys.
